Hahaha, no I have no idea what's going on here. Ask the writer. She's the one who comes up with the speeches. I just draw them :P
If it's too small to see, in the bottom panel, that's a box of Macaroni and Cheese ("The Cheesiest!") on the crotch box.

I would like to take credit for that comic.
Although, that would be highly immoral, as I had nothing to do with it's creation. But I got my first actual line.
